Welcome to KontrolFreek, operated by SteelSeries A/S (GN Audio A/S) (“KontrolFreek”) and located online, at our KontrolFreek website www.kontrolfreek.com (the “Platform”). The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your purchases of products made by SteelSeries or KontrolFreek ("Products”) online with us.

Purchases

The Platform allows you to browse, view, choose, and purchase various Products. By purchasing Products made available through the Platform, you represent that you have reached the age of majority (which in most states in the United States and Europe is 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under the age of majority or cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian review these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and register or place an order on your behalf. You further represent that you are buying Products from our Platform for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export and that all purchases are intended for final delivery to locations within the region chosen in the outset of the Platform.

Prices posted on this Site may be different than prices offered by our Authorized Sellers at physical locations. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences. We may, in our sole discretion, offer promotional codes at certain points in time, or for certain audiences. In the event such promo codes are enabled, promo codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Discounts and discount thresholds exclude taxes and charges for shipping and handling. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

7-day Return Policy

You can return and get you money back or exchange your purchase within 7 days provided the product was purchased via the Platform. If you wish to make use of the return policy within 7 days please contact support who will guide you through the process.

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards, Paypal, and Shop Pay (US only).

You can safely and comfortably pay with your credit card on kontrolfreek.com. We do not store your credit card details.

Shipping

All orders ship within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and if otherwise noted at checkout). All customers receive a tracking number so they can follow their package during the entire transit time.

For shipments within the US and EU, please expect 2-5 business days for delivery. For all other shipments please expect between 5-8 business days for delivery.

Shipments in the United States and Canada will be shipped with FedEx. Shipments going to countries in the Europe will ship with the United Parcel Service(UPS). Shipments going to Asia and Oceania will be shipped with DHL.

Cancellation & Changes

Please verify your order details as we cannot amend your order once processed to our warehouse for shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Alternatively, you may cancel your order by logging in to your SteelSeries SSID account and canceling the order from the order dashboard. If additions to the order or different products are requested, kindly place a new order. In many cases it may be too late to cancel your order. In this case, it is best to wait for your package to be delivered and then going through the return process. Custom Duties and Taxes

In some cases, you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from steelseries.com. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

You are responsible for paying any governmental, regional, or national taxes imposed in connection with use of the Platform or the purchase or any products or services made available through the Platform, including sales, use, and excise

taxes (excluding only taxes on SteelSeries’ net income). To the extent that SteelSeries is obligated to collect such taxes, the applicable tax will be added to your billing account.

Shipments going to Canada will have all duties and taxes paid for and included in the final cost that is paid at checkout.

All orders to United States, Canada and Latin America are shipped from the United States. Orders placed within European countries will be shipped from Denmark. Orders placed in Asia and Oceania will be shipped from Hong Kong.

Pricing, Coupon Vouchers, Sales, and Price Errors

KontrolFreek reserves the rights to cancel or adjust any order with price errors. Additionally, any promotion, sale, or discount may be subject to end at anytime without any notice.

Coupons and vouchers with discounts are not eligible to be used with products that have existing discounts applied to them, unless stated otherwise.

KontrolFreek reserves the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed with an intent to resell or distribute our products. We further reserve the right to stop doing business with customers who violate this policy or any other part of the Terms.

Campaigns And Offers

We do not have the possibility to activate any checkout codes after an order is completed. The checkout code must be activated during checkout for it to be valid.

Warranty, Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing or defects which are otherwise embedded in the product before you receive it. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process. Warranties given on products are as follows :

· United States and countries in Asia: 30-day warranty on all products.

· EU countries: 30-day warranty on all products unless local / national requirements offer you an extended period. All products are covered by local warranty regulations and SteelSeries respects all such minimum requirements granted to consumers in various countries

SteelSeries shall have no liability to you for any damages, delays, or failure in carrying out its obligations to any customer for reasons beyond SteelSeries’ control, including without limitation, fire, lightning, explosions, power surge or failure, pandemic or virus related incidents, water, acts of God, war or terrorism, natural disasters, labor unrest, charges in or compliance with laws, revolution, civil commotion, laws, regulations, or governmental policies, and shortages of supplies and services. SteelSeries may extend delivery of an order so affected without liability to the customer except for the return of any payment made by the customer to SteelSeries with respect to any undelivered portion of the order so cancelled.

IN NO EVENT WILL STEELSERIES BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OTHER THAN ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES PROVEN IN A COURT OF LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL STEELSERIES’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STEELSERIES SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10).

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, OR TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE PLATFORM.
